The experience: With over 12 years of team enhancement experience the Congruence team will give your team an unforgettable outdoor getaway experience with options including motivation, white water rafting, canoeing, abseiling, quad biking, inflatable obstacles, high or low ropes, hot air ballooning, hiking, horse riding or game viewing with evenings spent on activities or just bonding around the campfire with a guitar or a captivating story-teller.

Operating all year round we use outdoor venues between one and four hours from Johannesburg, Pretoria, Bloemfontein, Durban, Nelspruit and Pietersburg.

The process: Using our pre-event questionnaire we ascertain up-front the activities required including the level of physical capability of team members. The mix of fun and workshopping is agreed, and the most suitable venue is recommended taking into consideration the location and logistics of the client.

We have found over the years that organisations embark on team enhancement for one or a combination of the following reasons:
