Botshabelo Fundraising Initiative

The Botshabelo Community Development Trust is based in Magaliesburg and provides Medical assistance, schooling, accommodation, food and clothing for approximately 167 children, who have either been sexually abused, abandoned or orphaned. They also help support a village of 400 inhabitants, many of them with HIV/Aids and provide 4000 meals a week.

They need funding to improve accommodation and in fact now have the opportunity to buy the property next door to them, which has the only water source for their area. This means that they can build a new school to further develop education and build additional accommodation facilities. They also need to improve on their Step Down Room, a building to facilitate the dying process of HIV/Aids victims, where children and parents can spend their final period together. Clothing, Blankets, Foodstuff, Books, Stationary etc. are always in desperate need.
