Congruence History
Congruence Consulting was founded in 1995 by Paul du Toit, initially
as a training brokerage, delivering its first customer service programme in
November 1996.
Congruence Training (Pty) Ltd was formed in July 1999 to focus specifically on the training segment of the business, and took over the training function from Consulting which would then focus
Training is conducted mostly in-house, but in selected instances a public basis.
In 2006 the company received its Exempted Micro Enterprise status. Congruence
Training is an accredited provider of training (No. 0522) with learning
programmes registered with the Services SETA. Four qualified
assessors and two internal moderators assess and moderate against national
unit standards.
Congruence Publishing was formed with the launch of Paul du Toit's
book "Even You Can Present with Confidence" in August 2008. Two more
books are being published in 2009. The DVD title "Mind Blowing Customer
Service"" (revised 2009) is also available.
