Methodology

Executive Coaching (EC) is designed to create rapid sustainable change in high powered individuals with large responsibilities. It can be specialised in areas such as strategy, behavioural, performance etc. EC is by definition flexible in it's application. It is best conducted in an environment where interruptions are limited. Typically, sessions may be 90 minutes per session with at least one tangible agreement to change something between meetings. In order for significant progress to be sustained a time frame is agreed after the initial meeting. Confidentiality between Coach and Executive is vital.
